premature menopause patientI have been taking Bellamine for years both in the morning and at night. I also take blood pressure meds, cholesterol meds, as well as reflux meds. I have thus far not encountered any complication to my knowledge for taking 2 a day. However, if you do go off of the Bellamine you will definately go back to hot flashes within a day or two.
