Bronchitis

Can this medication be used to fight bronchitis symptoms? I have been taking this medication for 5 days, and only one of my symptoms has been alleviated. My chest hurts, head and chest are still congested but my throat doesn't hurt, anymore.

Should I give this more time or see the doctor about another medication?
