diet restrictions when taking avelox

I am a heart patient taking the following prescription drugs toprol, altace, procardia, elavil, niaspan, adult size asprin, zetia, and crestor. In addition to this I take a multivitamin, Vitamins C, B-6, B-12 folic acid and glucosamine with chrondroitin.

What special precautions should I take and what precriptions or vitamins should I not take with Avelox? Also, should I not eat or drink milk and other such foods?
