Explain difference between 165 and 267 J1751 and J1752

Could someone please explain the difference to us about the J codes J1751 and J1752, which have the terms listed as 165 and 267 in the HCPCS books? We have a physician member who has even asked the pharmacists in their hospital and they have not been able to resolve this. Your prompt response is appreciated.
