Nicomide Oral

Hello,

i am wondering if Nicomide oral can effect a drug test. i recently had to take a test for work and failed. I have done no drugs and taken no other medications that could possibly alter thesse results. Is there an ingredient in Nicomide that might possibly alter that test.
