Hospital Pharmacy Distributing to Nursing Center

Baciim 50,000u for Injection (ndc# 39822-0277-2)

Will Unconstituted Baciim Injection Vials be unstable and potency altered if left at room temperature?

A nursing department neglected to put the stock of Baciim in the refridgerator and now refuse to use the medication. Will this mediction still be dispensable?

Please let me know as soon as possible.
