Thick white discharge with blood

I recently was put on metro gel vaginal, I had been on lupron and developed bacterial vaginosis. I have been having a very swollen abdomen with nausea and a funny feeling, can't really describe it. Anyways it has been six days and I seem to be urinating every 40 minutes and it burns and itches, and I also have thick white discharge and bloody discharge, the blood is what has me worried because I am on lupron and there should be no blood, could this be something serious?
