Drug interactions in Kidney transplant patients

Does this drug compatible with anti-rejection medications in transplant patients - specifically Kidney transplants? Are there any negatives with Kidney transplant ricipients? Are there are problemw with use of this drug with patients with Orthostatic Blood Pressure? Thank you
