Side effect of Rimactane on 1 year old

I have a daughter, one year and 3 months olds. She's been have treat medicine (rimactane) for 8 months.

Since then she's teeth have carries and no more teeth growing.(two up and two bottom).

My question is : Does the threatment have effected the growth of the teeth or other bones? Does she need more calcium suplemen?
