Trinessa / OrthoTri Lo

I was unable to get my prescription of Ortho Lo filled on time for a SUnday start so a friend of mine gave me one of her 1st week Trinessa 28 to take on the 1st Sunday.

On monday they sorted out my prescription and I was able to take it at the regular time (night) ortho lo. How different are the 2 and will it act just the same as the ortho lo even though it has a little more of a dose? Thanls!
