Could Diclodenac cause swelling of my face?

I took 100 mg tablet of Diclofenac Friday at midnight following the tooth extraction I had on Th at 5 pm. Today, Sat. 8 am my face around the right eye has swallen. Additional facts:

1. I had sinus pain all day on Friday so at 6 pm I took Tylenol Sinus tablet, i.e. 6 hrs before Diclofenac. Tylenol tablet has acetaminophen 325 mg, guaifenesin 200 mg, and phenylephedrine HCL 5mg.

2. I also had root canal on Th cleaned and filled with some kind of medication. The root canal is on the sime side as the swelling.

Questions:

Can Diclofenac cause swelling?

Did Diclofenac reacted with Tylenol?

Most important: is it just temporary?
