And I take it everyday at about one o'clock. Then aorund the same time each night I start to get nausea. . and I'm not sure if it is from the pill, I eat lunch around 12, then at one I take the pill, so I wasn't sure if I should eat directly with it or not. And another thing, I am sleeping late and am often tired. . Like I wake up eventually, but during the morning/mid afternoon I feel really groggy. . .could that be because of the pill? |
