Stopping trinessa

I have a question regarding stopping Trinessa. I have been on it for 6 months or longer. I decided to stop taking it for personal reasons. This is the week I should have started taking it again after my cycle last week. I should have started a new pack last sunday, 6 days ago. I have had cramps all week that are getting worse. I figured a couple days of my body adjusting to getting off the pill, but how long should it take to get out of my system or should I be cramping. No bleeding is occuring though.
