I accidentaly took Week 2 pills in Week 1, what should I do?

On Day 1, week one of my cycle, I accidentally popped out Week 2's day 1 pill. I didn't think it mattered, as I assumed that the hormonal dosage is the same every day. I ended up continuing Week 2's pills so I didn't confuse myself with the days, and then yesterday (Should have started week 2 pills) I began week 1, planning on starting Week 3 on the correct date.

So I took Week 2 and then Week 1. What should I do and how likely am I to get pregnant?
