Post Surgery 1 year and 8 months Leg Veins Trivek System Brown Bruises/Red Marks

I had varicose veins (Trivek System) removed in October 2004. Almost 2 years later, I have brown bruises and red markings in some areas. I have been using Vit K Creme. Would this topical EpiQuin help with this problem.
