taking other meds with the pill

have a question regading other meds i take on a daily base. i now am now taking levothyroxine due to beign hypothyroid 75mg and on prozac 20mg everyday, now i will start trinessa, the pills for the frist time assuming next sunday. i am very concern about the mixture and the accuracy in the pill.
