is the relief from qdall short term or long term

I have alway had sinus problem. I just went to a new DR. I have just got my perscription for qdall ar caps, i have a 30 day supply and it is 1 per day. Is this suppose to stop the problem or is this temporarily relief treatment.The new Which i will not go back to Did not properly inform me.
