Fortamet adverse reactionBy Marsha S from New Brunswick, NJ on May 22, 2006 Category: Fortamet (Oral) Had what appears to have been an adverse reaction to Fortamet. I was hopitalized with chest pain, arrythmia, nausea, erratic heart rate, magnesium depletion. Was this lactic acidosis? Enzymes, ecgs, echocardiogram were all normal. Would being lactose intolerant (and using lactase to relieve symptoms) contribute to the adverse affect experienced |
