Side effects from Pneumococcal vaccine on babyBy maya from malaysia on April 23, 2006 Category: PNEUMOCOCCAL VACCINE/DIPHTHERIA CONJUGATE VACCINE (Injection) my baby is 5 and a half months old, she had her pneumococcal vaccine on friday the 21st April. On saturday afternoon she had fever at 38 degree celcius I gave her 0.5 ml of infant panadol liquid. The fever went down but later at night, her temperature was below normal, througout sunday her temperature was normal at 36.5 and also going down at 35.5 i.e. her body temperature was not stable. She also seem to have some rash around her mouth and she urinated very little on sunday. Is this normal side effects. Kindly advice Thank you for your kind help. regards maya |
