Possible side effects of PrednisoloneBy Lorraine Lees from Atlanta, Georgia, USA on April 03, 2006 Category: Prednisolone My mother was recently been issued Prednisolone medication after suffering a severe chest infection. Over this weekend (April 1st 2006) she was admitted to hospital after finding blood in her urine, not only that but she actually passed blood clots, experiencing a tingling sensation down both her arms. I am writing to ask if this could be as a side effect of taking such a high does of Prednisolone. I would be greatful if you could reply, as my mother is in hospital in the UK and I reside in the USA, and therefore need some reasurrance in this situation. Thank you Lorraine Lees |
