Compare Meclizine with Parkinson DiseaseBy Rebecca Stewart from Sacramento Ca on March 24, 2006 Category: Meclizine hydrochloride I was fine "3" months ago, I started getting jerking in my legs where it got to be so bad I quit driving because I never new when it was going happen, and I had tremors really bad. After about "2" weeks I started getting the same thing of losing control of my muscles in my hands and arms. After another couple weeks it has now gotten in my jaw, Its so bad in my jaw that I can’t talk a normal conversation, to every one else it looks and sounds like stturing but its the jaw jerking with me having no control over it at all. My sister and my Mom [playing Doctors] are thinking that it could be Parkinson Disease. I was taking Compazine before the Meclizine and was on that for quite a few years, I found out that it could cause Parkinson Disease. I was told that Meclizine was in the same family as Compazine so the Meclizine could cause the same symptons as Compazine.. If you have any answers for me Please send me an e-mail. Thank You, Rebecca |
