Absorption of CaltrateMarch 09, 2006 Category: Caltrate 600 (Oral) I take my Caltrate every am crushed in cereal. I don't take Citrical due to its effects on the stomach. I am anemic and my multi-vit with iron cereal is not enough since the Caltrate is taken at the same time? I will take them at opposite times. |
