Is it OK to swap a week 2 pill and a week 1 pill?

After temporarily misplacing my pills, I had to start a new pack and forgot where in the pack I had left off.

The result is this:
1. I took a week 1 pill in week 2, basically taking a week 1 pill out of another pack.
2. Now I’m in week 1 for real, but am missing 1 pill and need to take a week 2 pill in place of a week 1 pill.

My question is this: Do I need to worry? Or can I substitute a week 2 pill for a week 1 pill and be fine?
