The case is in the exacerabative phase right now. The age of the patient is 35 years. She is on Methotrixate, Prednisolone, Hydroxychloroquine. She is also a known case of Alpha-thalassemia (minor). Patient is willing for conception, but is concerned about the side effects of the drugs on the fetus. Kindly suggest alternative madicene which will not have any side effects on the fetus and also not to the mother. Patient can not stop Prednisolone. |
