Person taking medication is 12 years old.

What are the chances of hair loss and nausea or vomiting with 150 mg of Cytoxan a day?

She has a form of vasculitis known as Microscopic Polyangiitis (a rare disease) along with Diffuse Alveolar Hemorrhage. How much of a risk are we to have a problem with her platelet count, etc. due to this medication?

We have been told that the small dose of Cytoxan would not cause an issue for her platelets or bone marrow. Is this true, or should be start her a preventative medication to avoid any need for blood transfusions.

Thank you for you consideration.
