Full time students under 30 years of ageBy Marcia from NJ, USA on February 10, 2006 Category: New Jersey Health Insurance I have a son who is nearing 23, is a full time student and is still my dependent. Up until today it was my understanding that my health insurancewould end for him at age 23. I was told today that New Jersey state law now says that health insurance companies must continue to cover children in his situation untill they are 30. Is this true? Thank you for your help.
