When to start taking estrostep pill

Hello,
my doctor gave me estrostep pill to start taking it and i want to know exacley when i should be starting to take it. Is it the first sunday after i get my period ? Or I start taking it the first day when I get my period? Can you tell me exacley when?
In the instructions that come with a pill pacakage has stikers of diferent days of week so I'm assuming that is for when you first get your period you put the sticker that combines with the first day you get your period.

Please let me know ASAP

Hi there, I was just prescribed estrostep too, and I was a little fuzzy about when I should take the pill too. What you were saying was accurate though: you ahve the option of taking the pill the sunday AFTER you first get your period (I chose that option) or you could take it on the day you first get your period and use the little day stickers included in the package to cover up "sunday" with the day you began your period and change the other days accordingly. This might be really late and you most likely figured it out by now, but I just wanted to drop a line in case you didn't start it yet. I just took my first one today, and so far, so good lol. When am I safe from pregnancy?

Hi,

I started taken estrosptep 3 weeks ago today. I wanted to know When is a safe time to start having unprotected sex (ofcourse with my boyfriend of 2 yrs). My doctor told me that with this pill I will be safe after I complete the first 2 rows of pills and when I start my 3rd row I should be totally fine. Should I trust that, is this ok? Please let me know if anyone knows something different.. This is the first time I have ever taken a BC pill and I am 30 yrs old..

Any input would be greatly appreciated!!!
