I am currently taking the low dose Prempro and have been for the past year after taking a variety of other hormones including "natural replacement compounded hormones", the combination of Ogen and Prometrium and then Estrace and Prometrium. When I have tried to be off of hormones I notice an increase in irritablilty and lack of restful sleep. (the irritablilty undoubtedly comes as a result of restless nights). Taking the low dose hormone seems to be what my body needs in that department. I am interested in knowing what the latest studies show regarding links (with long term use) of the Low Dose Prempro and the various cancers that women dread (breast and ovarian). There never seems to be a difinitive answer..... |
