Taking Aviane

Dr. starting me taking aviane 2 weeks before my period for irregularity and cyst on my ovary. The day my period normally starts I am spotting. This is the fourth day still spotting. Should this stop, once I go through first packet? I would appreciate any information on this you can give me.
