Expiration Date

I have a bottle of Bromaxefed DM RF (Oral) in my refrigerator that was filled on 10/17/05. Today's date is 1/26/06. My question/concern is how long is the shelf life for this particular medication; especially since it was refrigerated, is this medication still safe to use?
