Duration of dilation after atropine drop

I have a 49 year old patient that was given atropine drops for chemical trauma to the left eye by his gp. The patient stated he put one drop in 7 days ago and the pupil is mid-dilated still with pupil response and intraocular pressure of 16mmHg in both eyes. How much longer could I expect this pupil to stay dilated? Is the relaxation of accommodation causing a prolong dilation in this eye? The patient is mild compound hyperopic astigmatism and uncorrected presbyopia. The patient takes no other medication and no medical history. The visual acuity is 20/20- in the left eye and the cornea appears clear, no nafl staining, and no other sign of infection or tissue scarring.
