Is Cocanut in Carbofed?By Jamie on January 25, 2006 Category: Carbofed DM (Oral) My daughter was given this medicane and she started to have a reaction. I am trying to find out if there is cocanut in this medicane. I know that it is used as flavoring in a lot of things so I am trying to find out if it has cocanut in it. Can you please let me know.
