Primacare one, Folic Acid Dose

Hi,

I want to ask about the dose of folic acid in primacare one prenatal vitamin, it is 1mg, is this dose not too much when you compare to 400 mcg? does it do any bad/harm to the baby? is it healty to take that much of folic acid? I am 5 weeks pregnant. I took it from the beginning of the pregnancy.
