I am taking synthroid 62.5 mcg and glucophage

I am taking glucophage or rather the generic Metformin HCL ER 500mg. I am also taking Levothyroxine 62.5 generic for Synthroid. I am pregnant and have gestational diabetes. I am in my 8th week. Is there a contradiction with these two medications. I noticed thyroid medicines can affect this.
