Commit Lozenge. I have practiced a low carbohydrate diet for 3 years with good results. After quitting smoking, I slowly gained 10 pounds over the past 12 months without changing my eating habits. I have recently stepped up my excerise routine to offset the slowing metabolism. How many carbs ae in one Commite 4mg lozenge? Maybe I am having too many of these on top of my regular carb intake?
