Gamunex Intravenous

Are you familiar with any adverse reactions to it related to salivary gland problems. I have a patient who thinks she is having a reaction in the form of over production of saliva, with a bad metallic taste in her mouth and post nasal drip! I've read all the common side effects but don't see anything that pertains to her problem. Yet - she claims that this is happening to her now since she's been on Gamunex for approx 3 months now. She gets 20 gm - q 2 weeks.
