Losacar and panic anxiety

I am 73 and visiting USA from India. I have been on Losacar 50 twice a day M/e for 2 years. My BP is now 148/67. I suffer from aortic valve stenosis.
I have been on Losarcar and recently added on Lotensyl 10( Lercanidipine hydrochloride ) since mid December.

I have been feeling very depressed and frightened. This has never happened before. For the last week I get breathless and feel tight round my chest. i hate going to sleep I feel boxed in and anxious. Am I over medicated? If I take Restyl + I feel calm and cAN SLEEP. bUT THIS WILL not do. Pls advise.

I feel so bad that I feel I must return to India.

do answer my queries. I am on Hytrin 5 mg once at nte, Losacar 50 twice a day, Lotensyl 10 at nite and Storvas 5. My Sodium and Chlorides are below normal and Potassium is normaln my blood picture. My Cholestrol is 141 and normal too. I have been an agressive tennis player and exercise regularly, now here with the cold, I cannot think of going out too mch.
