what are the effects of prograf overdose and infections?

I had a lung transptant and was doing fine for 15 days and the doctors were discussing me going home.
Then over a period of 3 days my blood prograf level was raised from 8 to 13 to a high of 50 due to three days of accidental over-doses. After a short period of confussion and Hallucinations I went into unconsciousness for about 5 weeks. To make things worse, during unconsciousness I contracted Staph, VRE, MRSA, and CMV Infections, and the lung I had received had aspergellis.
(a fungus).
During unconsciousness I had to be put on dialysis, feeding and chest tubes,24 hours a day 7 days a week for weeks During unconsciousness for the next 5 weeks, God only knows how much , and how many kinds of drugs and units of blood I was given.
Today I am going great and getting back to a normal life. I am still taking the following drugs: Prograf, Cellcept, end Valcyte Ferrous Sulfate, phoslo, renal caps and on dialysis twice a week as a result of the overdose of prograf.
Questions: Did the overdose of Prograf increase my odds or cause me to become infected with Staph, VRE, MRSA, or CMV Infections?
What are the short term side effects of the prograf overdose for the next twelve months ?
What are the Long Term side effects of the Prograf overdose for the next years?
What are the Short and Long Term side effects of the Staph, VRE, MRSA,CMV< AND ASPERGELLOSIS Infections given the fact that I have had a lung transplant?
What are the long term side effects of the following antiobotics: VFEND, and VALCYTE ?
Does the fact that I am on Dialysis increase my odds of other related problems for the future and decrease my chance of living a quality life?
I might add, that prior to transplant , I had no health issues other than my lungs due to smoking.
Thank You,
Larry
