Leg Cramps and difficulty walking after taking Deconex tablets?

I have been taking deconex tablets for congestion for two days and suddenly developed severe leg cramps in both legs. The legs are so tight in the calves that I have much trouble walking. Could this be a reaction to deconex? This is the only new medicine I am taking, but I do take medication for blood pressure.

Recently I began taking deconex. I also began to experience really bad leg cramps in the back of my thighs. Is this possibly a side effect?
