Tri-Sprintec may help with acneI was wondering the same thing! Unfortunatly my health insurance does not cover Ortho Tricyclen so I had to go on Tri-Sprintec. The main reason I wanted Ortho Tricyclen was to help clear up my skin so Im hoping Tri-Sprintec will too. Any more information would help me greatly. Its just a generic brand. So the ingredients are the exact same. EXAMPLE: You can buy an expensive high tech lasor mouse for your computer, or you can just buy the cheap 3 dollar one at walmart. both do the same, its just one comes in a more fancy package. and thats what birth control does.
