Drug interactions with Avelox..By amy from LA, California on December 02, 2005 Category: Avelox (Oral) What are the side effects of using cocaine while taking Avelox, Moxifloxacin HCL tablets for Diverticulitis. I know that Avelox is usually prescribed for pneumonia, sinusitis, and worsening of chronic bronchitis, etc., but I would just like to know if there are many side effects from using Avelox and cocaine.
