how can virgina discharge be eliminated?

I am experiencing some virginal discharges and itches for the past three(3) months, and it sometimes hurts so much that i begin to feel like i have wounds around my virgina. Also, in the past two(2) years i was infected with Syphillis, and i took some medications and was treated. it's been three(3) months now that i once had an unprotected sex with my boy-friend whom i think he does cheats on me.

My mean problem is that i do have itches and discharges around my virgina and it hurts me whenever i scratch it. what kind of medication can i take to stop the itches and discharges.
