Can coumadin cause bruising?By Londa Beck from Shiloh, Georgia on November 26, 2005 Category: Coumadin (Oral) This question is for my information. My Mother in Law takes coumadin, 5mg on Mon. Wed. Fri. and half tablet on Tuesday and Thursday per her doctor. She has small bruses all over her legs, and she swears she has not bumped her legs. Is this caused by the pills? All I would like to know is does this pill cause this, and if so why? She has been known to over medicate her self as she still trys to take her pills but we have taken steps to prevent that from happening. She is 82. thank you |
