Bromplex HD Syrup ok for 5 year old?By Greg Rupertus from Goldsboro, NC on November 20, 2005 Category: Bromplex HD (Oral) Our family doctor has just prescribed Bromplex HD syrup for our 5 year old daughter. She weighs 45 pounds. The dosage is 1/2 teaspoon by mouth, 4 times daily, as needed. I am concerned because it is a narcotic. Should I be giving this to her, or am I being overly cautious? |
