Cryselle question

I have been on Cryselle for 27-days. I had a normal period the week before I started the pack. In the beginning of week 3 had some bleeding following sex... bright red. Again several days later, although no sex occured. Since then the bleeding has stopped, but I have noticed a dark brown, almost discharge the past few days. Can you tell me what is causing it?
