R.NI have taken Folplex 2.2 myself. I had the same question regarding the amts of B6 & B12. The information I got was from a web site with information on MTHFR (a condition that is treated with Folplex). The information I found was that there was 25mg of B6 & 500mcg of B12 in Folplex 2.2. I have not checked this in the Physicians Desk Reference, which I have access to at work. I will try to double check this & write back at a later date. If you want more info. regarding the MTHFR condition, I found a web site from Dr. Stephen Moll on a google search. I found it to be very helpful & reassuring.
