Ttreatment cefaperazone and sulbctam for urine e coli, pregnant women 7 wks , effects

My wife is being administered with cefaperazone and sulbactam as IV, She is pregnanat with 7 weeks and doctors advise to treat this way as the urine culture says this e coli gets treated with this drug.

I would like to know will there be any side effects on the foetus.
