dosage of praziquantel for an adult dog for removal of tapeworms, thanks

I have two adult dogs, one weighing 35lbs and one weighing 90lbs. They both have Tapeworms. I need to know the dosage of praziquantel, to give each dog and how many times I need to do this. thanks. Lona Gharst
