short term side sede effects of one time injection

I received a 4/8 shot today and I feel kind of giddy and energized. My mood is much better but in a different way. I thought maybe that I just felt better, so I was in better spirits. Are these considered short term SE from this injection? I also was started on Biaxin and I take Xanax.
