if pregnant can I take this medicane

Mu husband got tri-vent HC liquid for his cold. I am currently 3 months pregnant and now I have the same cold. I was wondering if I could take this cold medicane also. I can't got into my doctor until friday, So I thought this would help. Please let me know.
